One of several Centrewest DP-class Plaxton Pointer bodied Darts, DP32 (N832FLW), joined the ousting of the Renault RWs in even greater numbers from Slough. As with the DW class, most vehicles retained their LT-style class designation letters with First Beeline eventually embracing the alpha-numeric system totally.  | |||

A string of Darts off load outside Slough Bus Station. Presumably it is preferable to the gloom inside and gives passengers a glimpse of their goal - the shopping centre, the other side of a fast dual carriageway! So fast in fact that a number of near misses was witnessed as buses pulled out to later venture inside the Bus Station. | |||

Transferred from London Buslines where it was 56 (G56XLO) to the small BeeLine doubledeck fleet was this Alexander bodied Olympian seen on the 191 Heathrow-Reading bus service in Slough on route via Bracknell. It later joined the native Northern Counties Olympians in First livery at Eastern Counties, with First national number 34956. | |||

The Olympians despatched east were replaced by Volvo variants despatched south from Glasgow. This is former Strathclyde VO75 (P175TGD), seen in Slough in 2001. | |||
