The Dineen Group created a whole new division dedicated to rail replacement work. The division, T2B (Train to Bus), has its own livery and is lettered for Rail Replacemnt with the strap line "Keeping our passengers moving". It did not add "in 20 year old buses". To start with at least, the fleet comprised only ex Transperth Volgren CR225L bodied Mercedes O405NH. This is their 174 (BS04RA), former Transperth 1741 (TP1741), seen in April 2019 heading north on Chapel Street on a Sandingham Line replacement service.
