Bristol 1056 (OTA290G) is one of the last flat front VRs still around. It was preserved by Western National with the aid of some enthusuastic employees and is seen here at the 1998 Avon Rally.

 In July 2019 1056 was in the care of the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust and took part in thier Running Day based on Didcot Station.
