Some old slides of the Brunel parade appeared recently and the LH coach can be seen following a Burton Corporation Guy bodied Guy Arab III, 63 (FA9291) with the former Eastern National KSW in its Wings livery following the new Alder Valley VR. Behind are a Bedford OB, a modern Valliant-Silverline coach and a Plaxton bodied Austin CXB.

Thought to be in Beaconsfield the year before is Oxford South Midland 36 (YBL925H), new in Thames Valley days as 436, promoting the summer tour programme.

Inevitably the coach fleet succombed to the national white coach livery and former C430, seen erlier freshly waxed at Newbury depot, was ending its days at Oxford South Midland's Witney depot.
