Seen at 1999 Outer Circle Run in Birmingham is preserved 1950 Coventry Daimler CVA6 94 (GKV94) - one of nearly 100 AEC engined Metro Cammell 60-seat Daimler CVs delivered to the city after the war.

Reflecting the distinguished heritage of Coventry City Transport's smart fleet is TWM 2867 (B867DOM), seen at the 1999 Birmingham Outer Circle Run in heritage Coventry colours. Had Coventry City Transport survived into the nineties, it is quite likely it too would have purchased the locally built Metrobus, though it is likely to have had a lot more cream in its livery.

The Coventry Trident appeared on display at SHOWBUS international 2018 with more heritage liveries on Tridents representing the Walsall and Wolverhampton fleets, 4601 (BX54DDJ) and 4535 (BL53EDF) respectively.
