Stagecoach Devon waited some time for new vehicles and took several London cast offs, these have included Titans, Darts, Scania deckers and Tridents. However, 201 (WA51OSE) was a newly delivered Alexander ALX200 bodied Dennis Dart SLF. |
New as London Buses DW151 (NDZ3151), this Wright Handybus bodied Dart had been transferred out of the capital and into the fleet of Stagecoach Devon when seen in May 2005 as 32251.
|
Also with Devon at the same time was this ex London Alexander Dash bodied Dennis Dart, 32619 (P619PGP), being overtaken by a Plaxton example which was ironically new to Thames Transit, once part of the Transit Holdings empire which started with Harry Blundred's acquisition of Devon General.

Stagecoach Devon 32639 (P639PGP) is another ex London Dart/Dash in the West Country. |
New to Devon General's Bayline subsidiary as 707 (P7078BTA) this is a relatively rare Volvo B6LE with Alexander ALX200 bodywork heading into Exeter in late May 2005.
