 Streatham provides an opportunity to compare the diesel powered Alexander Dennis Enviro400CITY buses with the latest BYD Enviro400EV electrics. Sadiq Khan took a disliking to the Enviro400CITY model and the similar body developed by Wright on Volvo chassis as they looked too much like Borismasters. Alexander Dennis won out by only offering the "CITY" style on the electric BYD chassis, protecting its investment in the design and overcoming the pathetic sensitivity of the Mayor. This is HA50 (LK66HCA) on the 333 to Tooting Broadway.
