 For the 322 a completely different electric bus was chosen, the Switch Metrocity EV seating a mere twenty passengers. The route meanders between Clapham Common and Crystal Palace and was still being shared with Alexander Dennis Enviro200MMC buses when 1008 (YJ22AXS) was seen arriving from the Palace amid a splurge of blue cycle lane paint in early September 2022.

 After a few minutes turn around 1008 is heading back for the Palace. The design is the original Optare Matrocoty, now badged Switch. The front has been modified to meet TfL's new passenger collision protection standards, giving the little bus a fat lip look.
