Sister vehicle 1013 (YN05GXP) is seen in service at Reading Stations three years later passing a Thames Transit MAN. The bus was later painted in generic livery and then was sold to Midland Classic as their 77. |
Caught at Reading depot in July 2007 was the unique MAN 18.240 with lowheight East Lancs body, 501 (RX07RKV). It carried route 9 colours and entered service alongside the Scania singledecks. The bus was later repainted silver and transferred to Newbury for the Newbury - Basingstoke service operated jointly with Stagecoach Hampshire Bus. It did not stay in the fleet for long and was last heard of working for Pride of the Clyde in Scotland.

"lime" branding was introduced on route 2 with the next batch of gas powered Scanias in 2014. Seen in May the following year is 433 (YN14MYC).
