Truronian was acquired by First Bus in 2008. The bus services were absorbed into the First network and Truronian continued as a First coach operator, even taking over King Harry Coahes in 2021, with their historic Bedford coaches. Truronian later adopted a modern version of King Harry's green livery. Much reduced in size, the Truronian coach operation continued in 2025.
