Bristol LS6G 1299 (OTT98), new in 1953, has the unusal feature of a roof rack accessible by a built in ladder from the rear of its ECW body. It was owned by the Dorset Transport Circle when seen on Weymouth seafront, by the Jubilee Clock at an event in the seventies.

A year older, LS6G 1286 (MOD973) appeared at the Bristol Vintage Bus Group's July 2016 rally at Brislington. Alongside is fellow Southern National Duple bodied Brisol LL6B 1286 (LTA958) of 1951.

LS6G 1286 is seen at a Reading running day in June 2018 organised by the Thames Valley and Great Western Omnibus Trust.
