 In 2018 Red Rose acquired a pair of Bournemouth East Lancs Vyking bodied Volvo B7TL doubledeckers for service 650 serving Cottesloe School in Wing after Arriva the Shires dropped the service. The two, former 422 (HJ02HFF) and 420 (HJ02HFD), are seen in the yard in early August 2018 just after acquisition. The other two deckers, 50532 and 50533, are seen on the right.

 Red Rose driver, Nick Cherry, went to special efforts to get "SHOWBUS" in the correct "Roberta" font on the destination blind for SHOWBUS international 2019 where it worked the sit shuttle linking the display arena with the Trent Barton Skylink bus stop.

 With the buses used primarily for school transport, and in part homage to their South Coast origins, the decision was to taken to paint the Bournemouth buses in the reverse of the usual Red Rose livery. First treated was HJ02HFF, seen freshly turned out in early June 2019. Alongside is the Redline Durham Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL X154FBB seen earlier.
