The Stagecoach liveried Dennis Dart is seen at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School in Marlow. The Dart was one of the air conditioned models first used by Stagecoach in Hong Kong, 1403 (GM5868), and brought to the UK for use by Stagecoach Devon as 32444 (N744XDV). The bus was acquired by Red Rose and was occasionally used on the 275 route from Wycombe to Oxford until concern was expressed by Stagecoach Oxford about the bus still being in Stagecoach livery. Tucked in behind is one of the Tigers on hire to Red Rose from Motts Travel. |

This April 2011 shot in the Red Rose yard shows 32444 repainted in Red Rose livery alongside another Stagecoach acquisition, Alexander Dash bodied Dennis Dart, new to Busways in Newcastle as 1772, though it came to Red Rose by way of Stagecoach in Cambridge. |
No mistaking where Red Rose acquired this Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart from. The bus was new as Brighton & Hove 79 (M79CYJ). It did not stay in the fleet long, being cannibalised for spares at the final stage and kept its Brighton & Hove livery to the end. It is seen in December 2008 outisde the one time Showbus headquarters on Fair Ridge in High Wycombe. |
New to London Central with two sets of doors, former LDP142 (Y842TGH) is seen working for Red Rose in Watford in October 2013. |
Red Rose's buses are always parked neatly at the Stone depot. This July 2009 view shows most of the Dart fleet with the remaining Solo RR03BUS and new Enviro200 OU08EHO. Next to the Enviro is the unburnt Caetano Nimbus FJ06URR, next up is ex-Epsom MPD, VU02TPZ, the Solo and the Brighton & Hove Dart are the pair of East Lancs Spryte bodied SLFs. |
