Ohio Valley and East Ohio have a joint operation out of a depot in Wheeling just over the border in West Virginia. The fleet consists of small vehicles like this short Gillig Phantom, 61.
Phantom 32 is also seen in the yard back in late July 2010.
Seemingly more modern vehicles in the fleet include a handful of these Chamion CTS buses. Clearly these are not low floor.
