One of the first vehicles to be seen in the new conneXXion colours was this Den Oudsten bodied DAF SB220 (5226) in Den Haag Station.
Connexxion 2393 sported the latest style of Berkhof ST2000NL coachwork on a DAF SB220G chassis, with slightly more subtle curves, particularly around the windscreen. Delivered in the new livery, the upholstery sports the ConneXXion logo inside too. The bus is seen outside Hoorn Station.
The bus is seen here again negotiating narrow Hoorn streets alongside the waterway as it makes its
way out of Hoorn.
Another Berkhof bus negotiates the 'Bussluis' or 'bus gate' leading from Hoorn Bus Station. The simple design - rather like a speed hump with a hole sliced through it - enables wide buses to pass over, but would have disastrous consequences for cars.
