Over Christmas 2007 there was a lot of track work done on Sydney's trains and a massive rail replacement service was centred on the city's Wynyard Station on the lines out to Chatswood. Pleasure, part of the Hawkesford Group, provided 77 (MO8982), an Ansair bodied Renault PR100.2, ex ACTION, Canberra, 688 (BUS688) in 2004. When the Hawkesford Group collapsed in 2011 the bus was sold to Kingsford Smith Transport as their 56 (TV5745) at auction. |

Visiting the Kempsey depot of Cavanagh's at the weekend in March 2016 finds all the fleet tucked up inside, schools work being the company's main business. One of its two Custom Enviro200 buses, 7709MO is seen nose into the shed alongside now withdrawn Ansair bodied Mercedes O305G 4206MO, new as ACTION 616 (ZIB616, later BUS616) in 1982. Cavanagh's has since joined the Dineen Group.

A graveyard of buses was lined up at the back of the Logan Coaches' yard. Nearest the camera is another Canberra Volvo B58/Smithfield 13 (896DFR) which had been new as ACTION 361 (ZIB361) and then MO8000 with Crossleys. Next up is probably a Sydney Buses Mercedes |
