 In 2010 the Nottingham Skylink service received an upgrade with Irizar i4 bodied Scania K94IB coaches. The only other British operator of significance to operate the i4 in quantity was Ulsterbus, a number of their newly delivered i4 coaches bring used for London Olympics 2012 transport. This is Trent Barton 76 (FJ10OXS) seen in Nottingham's Broadmarsh Bus Station in July 2016. The tag "express" has been added to the Skylink brand.

 Standard Wright bodied L94UB buses continued to link the Airport to Nottingham via Long Eaton like 662 (FN54AEZ) seen near East Midlands Airport.
