There were not many doubledeckers left in the Western National fleet. Eight Olympians with ECW bodies were bought new in 1983, so former 1803 (A753VAF) was 22 years old when seen in "Barbie 2" colours in Plymouth Bus Station as 34753. |

This ECW Olympian was one of several types transferred south from Yorkshire within the First empire. Leyland 34486 (FUM486Y) was new as West Yorkshire 1811.
