Whizzing past Heathrow Airport on the 224 is one of the small batch of Lynxes owned and operated by LT. This one is with Centrewest and after initial use on the 607 Shepherd Bush Express from Uxbridge, is now on the 224. Other examples found their way into the First BeeLine associated and neighbouring fleet.

Part of a major facelift to services through the Ealing area, including Countdown, the automatic system of advising arrival times at bus stops, Centrewest introduced a fleet of coach seated Olympians on the 607 limited stop service between Shepherds Bush and Uxbridge, paralleling the long standing 207 all stops service. The 607 had been initially introduced using coach seated Lynxes and National 2s. This Northern Counties Palatine II bodied Volvo Olympian is seen at Hillingdon. |
