East London Leyland National LS35
We saw LS35 earlier at SHOWBUS international 2001 and 2002 in Thames Valley Training livery. After initial use at Hounslow depot in 1989 it was fitted with coach seats and paintd in teh livery in which it is now preserved for the Dockland Express service out of West Ham depot. In 1992 it was repainted again, this time in Westlink livery. Thames Valley Training acquired it in 1998 and it passed into preservatin in 2001, being painted in its red and gold colours after SHOWBUS in 2002.

London Transport Leyland National LS103
National LS103 (OJD903R) is seen at the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum in August 2014, wher it had been since 2011. It finished service in London in 1994, being bought by the Port of Ramsgate as a courtesy bus and numbered 2 under a contract operated by Eastons and later by Ensignbus who numbered it 509. It entered preservation in 1999 appearing at SHOWBUS that year repainted in London red. From the end of that year it was in the care of BaMOTT at Wythall, moving to Glasgow in 2003, eventually ending up where seen at Lathalmond.

Eastern Counties Leyland National LN274
This short Leyland National arriving at SHOWBUS international 2014 is somewhat an imposter in Eastern Counties colours. The bus has never served with the company, it was new to London in 1979 as LS274 (YYE274T), being sold after service in 1987 to Eastbourne Buses until it was sold for scrap in 1990. Luckily the bus was rescued by Chase Bus & Coach who converted it to single door and used it through till 2007. It then passed to New Farm Produce who painted it military green and used it for staff transport until 2013 when it was purchased by The Big Lemon finally retiring into preservation the following year and was painted into this fictitious Eastern Counties livery in time for SHOWBUS. It is believed the owners want to ultimately restore it to Chase livery.
