From the East Thames fleet came this VDL SB120 bodied by Wright, DWL34 (FJ54ZUD). It is seen on the 108 passing the south side of the Olympic Stadium on August 1st 2012. |
Whilst DWL34 and its fellow fleet members had long left the fleet, another VDL arrived, this time an SB180 with MCV Evolution bodywork, MDL1 (YJ60GGE). The bus was new to Arriva Kent Thameside as their 3980. The unique vehicle in the fleet is seen arriving at the Hertfordshire County Showground for the SHOWBUS international 2019 display. Note the gold fleet insignia.

Durham Travel ordered these unusual short Scania N94UB buses with East Lancs Myllennium bodies. Not long after their delivery Durham Travel folded and London Buses took over direct operation of their services. In 2009 Go-Ahead bought the unit and has merged it with Go-Ahead London. Scania ELS3 (YU02GHJ) is seen in the vicinity of Liverpool Street Station late that year. |
