In Buckingham Palace Road in May 2017 is a special looking Envir400, E281 (YX14RTV). The bus has been transferred to the private hire division of London General. Giveaway features are the old style livery, a gold Go-Ahead fleetname on the front dash and, by no means least, an electronic destination blind. As can be seen the bus is on a special service to the Chelsea Flower Show.

Seen in the bus lane alongside the Greenwich's Millennium Leisure Park in August 2019 is more mundane Enviro400 E239 (YX61DPK).

When hybrid buses first entered service with fleet across the city they were liberally sprinkled with green leaves like EH5 (LX58DDO) seen in May 2013. The bus is seen outside Arriva London's Brixton bus garage. |
Heading up Park Lane in September 2012 is Alexander Dennis Enviro400H EH10 (SN61DAO). By the time it had been delivered the leaves had been quietly droped from the livery.
