The Riverside Mercedes fleet was displaced to First Berkshire, already a Citaro operator, with a fleet in special livery for its Heathrow services. Seen in High Wycombe in the snow in February 2010 is ES64005 (LT02NUB) operating the 74 service to Slough. Whilst some of its sister vehicles had received the blue livery for Heathrow routes, 64005 has retained London red for now.

Still in red in April 2011 ES64005 is seen joining the M40 at Beaconsfield. The 74 route has become the X74 and misses out Beaconsfield by going one junction along on the M40. This seems to have proved popular in competing with the Arriva 74 which still plods along the A40 and diverts around the town in Beaconsfield. Full London liveried Tridents were also used on the X74 at the time, so an unusual site to see London liveried buses on the motorway.

Eventually Barbie had her way and the London Citaros were painted in fleet livery. The first of the fleet, ES64001 (LT02NTV), originally EC2001 in London, is seen in Wycombe Bus Station on the X74 in September 2011.

Sharing the X74 is sister vehicle ES64002 (LT04NTX) seen on the edge of Wycombe town centre in May 2012. If either bus is indisposed a blue Citaro from the Heathrow fleet often deputises, occasionally a Trident or a Dart. During the Olympics Darts predominated, the Citaros clearly being engaged elsewhere.
