The First London fleetname was shortlived. An early bearer was TN991 (Y991NLP) one of the batch of Plaxton President Dennis Tridents delivered for the 105. It is seen here as Heathrow Airport in July 2001 when fairly new. Three months later the 'London' tags were being peeled
off as First Group adopted the simple 'First' branding nationwide.

A Trident for the east London fleet - TN1003 (LK51UZS) was at Showbus international 2002 where it is seen alongside First Aberdeen's Volvo B7TL/Alexander ALX400 133 (X771NSO). |
Also at Showbus international 2002 was this Dart/Marshall, exhibited by Marshalls themselves and about to be delivered to Uxbridge with former RM1503 registration - 503CLT. |
Another of the batch in service at Uxbridge one November eve. It too has a cherished registration from a former Routemaster. |
