The initial hybrids had arrived in December 2010 and 202 (SN60ECX) is seen towards the end of the month opposite Reading Station entrance.

An hour later 204 (SN60EDC) is seen at the same spot. The hybrids introduced the new fleet branding and tentatively the 26 was dubbed "yellow 26", followed by the "purple 17" with later routes being branded with just the colour rather than the number and colour.

Looking a little grubbier in the dank conditions that day was 205 (SN60EDF), seen in St Mary's Butts.

Together at route 26's town terminus are 204 and 205, with grubby 205 in front.

Another view of 204 and 205 at the town terminus. This photo has figured on our "What's new this week" page for quite a while.
