 Enviro 27900 leaves the city for Lake Stevens Transit Centre. Its trial was a great success and an order was been placed for 23 more for deckers which were delivered in 2010 to replace the older New Flyer artics. The company quotes a saving on depot space as one advantage of swapping deckers for bendis a factor costed into the savings of swapping deckers for bendis in London. After its extended stay at Seattle the bus went on to another successful trial with Strathcona County Transit in Alberta, though it did highlight the need for extensive modification to meet the more extreme climate conditions further north. |
 First of the 2010 delivery, 10800, is seen in the dowtown area in November 2914 followed by a New Flyer artic. Note the contravisio advert on the top deck windows, unfortunately hiding some of the spectacular views from a Double Tall.
