Cheltenham District Bristol RELL6L ECW 1003
Seen at the 1998 Bristol rally was Cheltenham District 1003 (KHW309E) was another conversion to dual door for one man operation and would have been painted like 1077. Cheltenham's fleet was already non standard in its use of dark red as opposed to the more conventional Tilling red or green. Both RE buses were originally single door and dark red all over with a single cream waistband. This one had been preserved by the Stroud RE Group in its final poppy red livery, which was adopted for the whole Cheltenham fleet in NBC days.

It is either 8560 or 8561 (UHY374/5).
