Further deliveries of Alexander Dennis Enviros prompted a return to Edmonton in October 2019. This time the weather was not as kind, not that it was warm in 2014, but at least there was no snow. The next Enviros had been foreshadowed when talking back in 2014 as they were already planning to replace the Prevost coaches, used on commuter runs to Edmonton with doubledeckers. The new Enviro500MMC models were to be built at Alexander Dennis' new Canadian plant. However the first decker to be seen in Edmonton was familiar 8006 seen opposite the Fairmont, with 8007 reaching the top of the escarpment following.

At the end of 100th Street at the top of the escarpment is the 100th Street Funicular which provides easy access to the valley parkland, this view of 8008 is taken from the Funicular entrance.
