Seen on a morning school run in Nundah in March 2016 was Austral Tourmaster 23 (844HAP). The 1987 55 seater was ex Darling Downs Transit in Wyreema, Port Douglas Limousines in Cairns and originally TV905 with Forest Coach Lines in Sydney. The coach was sold later in the year to Purtill Bros in Deniliquin, NSW.

A more mundane bus at work on that morning's school runs was PMCA 160 bodied Hino RG197K 08 (273TTR) of 1991. This bus has a fun history arriving from Surfside where it was 467, prior to that it was Orange Bus Lines 2, Shorelink 94, St Ive's Bus Service of Pymble as MO8408 and originally with Dion's Bus Service of Fairy Meadow, NSW.

A third Red and White vehicle passing through Nundah that day was 1996 MCA Marathon 22 (564SAH). The 54 seater was acquired from O'Rielly's Coaches in Gisborne, but had previousy served with Ryson's Coaches of Gisborne, VIC and was new as fleet number 1 (TV2134) with Loader of Grenfell, NSW.

The previous day Autobus 34 (122TNL), also dating from 1996 was seen turning into Nundah off Sandgate Road. The bus was originally Fraser's of Dubbo with rego TV500 but was acquired from Imperial Pacific Coaches in Molendinar. Intermediate owners were Watoto Children's Choir Group of Springwood, Surfers Paradise Coaches in Southport, Yorway Coaches of Newcastle and Newcombe Coach Lines of Gloucester, NSW.
