Sadly none of Punchbowl's Custom CB80 bodied buses were ever painted in the traditional fleet livery. This Volvo B7RLE, MO5435, seen in April 2012, is in the insipid blue and white of Transport for New South Wales. Another example of state unhelpfulness was the renumbering of Punchbowl's routes, hence the curious route number display 7306 to Miranda. Quite how many years the route was known as the 7 is not relevant, but at least that number will be familiar to regular passengers, even if the bus is a funny colour.
Sister vehicle MO5436 is on rail replacement work at Sydney Central Station in October 2013. Punchbowl is one of the few operators to specify split flat screens on the CB80.
Another Volvo B7RLE MO9024 in April 2012 on the 7315 to Shark Park.
A rear view of MO5436, seen above on rail work, but earlier in April 2012 with the simple "7" desto on the rear.
In January 2016 major rail replacement work was in full swing over the Christmas-New Year period centred on Wynyard Station. Resting between runs is Volvo B7RLE MO525.
