The rear aspect of the Poncho, other similar machines were used on other NSW on demand routes. The model is very popular in Japan and has been used on intensive city services Harry Blundred style, but not exclusively like Exeter's Ford Transits.

The service was accessible by a dedicated app, possibly the only way to summon it. Having waited for some considerable time to see the bus back in May 2018, its appearance was triggered by downloading the app and summoning the vehicle! The bus and driver had been waiting a couple of blocks away out of sight and unsurprisingly gaining zero custom. Ironically the presence of the bus did attract a passing customer for its route dedicated to serving the Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital.
