In 2000 the city took delivery of two Volvo B6 buses with Volgren bodywork. The buses remained unique in the fleet. Volvo 623 (623FCE) is in a special advert for the City Sights Tour on which it is seen in 2004. The city tour later came under the Brisbane Explorer branding with open top buses but finished in 2019.

 This Brisbane Meadowbank tram was built in New South Wales but has ended up in New Zealand at Christchurch's Ferrymead Heritage Park Museum. The 1925 car, number 236, was withdrawn in 1968 and sold to the Wellington Tram Museum the following year and is leased to the Ferrymean Museum.Picture ref C6923 |
