With the O-bahn fleet ageing, the problem of replacing the artics on the BRT with low floor models loomed. Several manufacturer's types were tried, but all experienced problems of resonance above around 80 kph, resulting in an uncomfortable ride for passengers. Unfortunately the obvious solution - the doubledecker - could not be used due to several low bridges along the route. The Scania K320UA, with Custom CB60 EvoII body, was chosen, like 1135 (SB71DQ), seen bouncing towards the Tea Tree end of the O-bahn in March 2012. On board the resonance is noticeable and sets in at speed.

Scania 1143 (SB31DU) enters the O-bahn at Tea Tree bound for the city.

Two Scanias head down the busway for the city with 1139 (SB47DR) in the lead.

Vibrating along the O-bahn is Scania 1144 (SB71DU).

Running light is 1110 (SB60DL).
