SHOWBUS 2001 at Duxford
 A trio of Optare Solos at SHOWBUS 2001. The Imperial War Museum had yet to realise the full potential of SHOWBUS and confined us to the field by the Land Warfare Museum, but we were able to use the adjacent field, their overflow car park, for some exhibits. With its uneven ground we stuck to the smaller buses! We start with Norfolk Green 601 (Y54HBT), then Richmond's X938NUB and on the end Buckinghamshire County Council's Y48HBT. There were four other Solos entered elsewhere in the display that year.
