SHOWBUS 2025 is taking place at the Bucks Railway Centre& Waddesdon Manor on Sunday July 13th
Our first event was in January 1973 at Brunel University in Uxbridge so 2022 was our 50th and final display. However in response to the widespread disappointment a future has been secured for the event at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre in the centre of the county.
For those who came to the first SHOWBUS at Quainton last year you will know we had problems with the new showground. Since last year HS2 has done work to improve the drainage and more hard core has been added to the areaa, however, in the event of problems we have agreed with Waddesdon Manor to park some vehicles on their car park hard standing. We plan to park a number of vehicles there all day including most modern coaches. So coach operators can advertise their trip as an excursion to the Manor. A2B Buses will operate a shuttle service to the Manor from Quainton all day.

Red Rose Travel will operate a special bus service from Aylesbury connecting with Chiltern Railways services from London Marylebone as well as bus services from Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Oxford, Thame, Princes Risborough & High Wycombe - assuming Chiltern Trains are not running rail replacement bus services as they did last year!
For those in your party not so keen on buses or trains we will again run a service to Bicester Shopping Village, the well known Designer Outlet Mall around 20 minutes away. There will be an approximately hourly service between roughly 1000h and 1700h connecting with the electric Bicester Village Shuttle BV1 and serving Bicester North Station for those travelling from the north.
The Railway Centre is only 10 minutes from the famous Waddesdon Manor and not much further from the National Trust's Claydon Estate so we will arrange bus rides to both.
SHOWBUS TRADERS VILLAGE two large marquees will house many of our stallholders on site, plus there are Railway Centre's own retail outlets at the main entrance.

It is 100 years since the first covered top doubledeck bus entered London service. To mark this occasion we are working with the London Transport Covent Garden Museum to plan a parade of open top buses to arrive at the Railway Centre at midday. They will gather earlier at Chiltern View Garden Centre between Wendover and Aylesbury and be on display during the morning at the Centre.
