The Pier Head, a traditional Liverpool terminal is now a shadow of its former self, but is a good place to
see CMT's buses. The Leyland National, once the mainstay of the fleet is no longer. This former
Eastern Counties example is seen in June 2000.
|
In addition to brand new buses, the Nationals have been replaced by Lynxes, many from Arriva
Yorkshire, like 2047 (F296AWW) seen here in Liverpool City Centre.
|
The comparatively short lived bus attractive Countybus Northern Counties body is on this Dennis Dart:
2005 (N652CHF).
|
CMT has invested heavily in new Wright bodied low floor buses and makes their advantages clear on the
sides as apparent in this Pier Head view.

A slightly earlier delivery posed by the Liver Building.
