 A trio of Alexander Dennis Enviro200 buses transferred from Thames Travel to take over the 40 Thame - Wycombe service from Arriva the Shires in August 2015 when they withdrew from the route. This is 552 (C2WYC) seen in West Wycombe Road in September that year, re-registered from OU57FKB. The third (553) was bodied in Egypt by MCV.

 This smaller 29-seat Enviro200, 505 (OU57FHA) also transferred from Thames Travel and is seen leaving Wycombe Bus Station on the 336 to Watford in June 2016. The Watford service was renumbered 103 and has since ceased to exist. The Enviro200 has also departed to fellow Go-Ahead subsidiary Hedingham as their 298.

 Enviro200 552 is seen again on the London Road returning from Bourne End on the 35 in July 2017. It is close to the old Thames Valley depot at Wycombe Marsh.

 Seen heading towards Slough Town Centre in July 2019 is 503 (OU57FGX). Subsequently Carousel buses became more common around Slough, but back then it was on a special shoppers' service linking Windsor to Denham a couple of days a week. The bus followed a similar history to 505, later becoming Hedingham 284.

 Seen on Castle Strret in June 2023 was Enviro200 461 (YN11HNT) one of the first Enviros to sport the new stripey Carousel livery. The bus has an interesting history, being new to Tates in South Yorkshire, then being sold to Wheelers near Southampton, then passing as 721 to Ensignbus' operational fleet. They sold it to Go-Ahead subsidiary East Yorkshire where it became 287, its final move before Carousel. Adding to its wanderlust Carousel loaned it to Metrobus in Crawley in later 2025 to cover for the Wright Hydroliners which were temporarily off the road following one of their number catching fire!

 Four Alexander Dennis Enviro200 buses were sent from Plymouth Citybus to High Wycombe in 2023. Still masquerading as Transport for Cornwall 2201 (YY64GXJ) at Wycombe's Park & Ride and Coachway that September, eventually the bus was numbered 532. The Enviro200 was new to London General as SE221.

 Another of the four was still in Plymouth Citybus livery in May 2024, though fleetnames had been removed. It had been renumbered 534 (YY64TXJ), former London General SE224 and Plymouth 2204.

 By July 2025 former SE223 amd 2203 had been renumbered from an initial 533 to 80533 (YY64TXH) and had at least gained a Carousel fleetname on its front dash.

 Major changes occured at Carousel in 2024 when Arrive the Shires closed its depots in Aylesbury and High Wycombe, Carousel taking on the work at the latter. A new identity "Carousel Country" was launched for services that now stretched way beyond Wycombe. This Enviro200MMC, 514 (YX70OLO), new to Carousel, was one of the first buses to receive the new identity and is seen arriving at SHOWBUS 2024.

 Earlier in June Carousel staged a publicity launch of its new Wycombe services in the town's Eden Centre featuring a newly acquired Enviro20MMC, 80471 (YW68OWA) ex First Glasgow 44679. It was joined by Enviro400MMC 612 (GA64OXF) promoting the enhanced Flightline 102 to Heathrow,

 The Eden Centre Enviro200MMC was the bus chosen to operate a shuttle service from Bicester Station and Shopping Village to SHOWBUS in September. It is seen resting at Quainton between runs.

 In October that year 80476 (YW68OWF), former First Glasgow 44683, unfortunately broke down in Castle Street. The mechanics aboard the depot maintenance van were able to get it underway and it did not need the town truck!

 Seen the same month was 80480 (YW68OWK), another of the dozen First Glasgow Enviro200MMC buses, former 44688, is seen in Frogmoor on the one time Arriva service 31 to Penn. Clearly the bus had suffered some front dash damage and there was an unexplained shortage of red paint. It drove around in this bastardised livery for some months.

 No sooner had Carousel digested the Arriva services then it won contracts off the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for services in that area. More buses were again needed and these were sourced from Nottingham, more Enviro200MMC models. These entered service in "old" Carousel livery, minus the multi-colured stripes. Seen in Maidenhead on town service 7A in May 2025 is 80638 (YX69NRN), former Nottingham 306, doubtless displaced by new Yutong electric singledeckers. Behind is a Thames Valley Enviro200, 660 (KX64AEG) on town service 7. The purple livery has been used by Windsor & Maidenhead for many years and Carousel ordered four new Enviro200MMC buses specifically for services in Maidenhead. Unsurprisingly Reading Buses has got a bit upset with Carousel encroaching on its patch in Maidenhed, Windsor, Twyford and Slough and started a Maidenhead - Wycombe service in competition with Carousel. This was the old Arriva service 37 that Carousel extended to Windsor when they acquired the Windsor & Maidenhead contracts. Unfortunately the Windsor congestion had reduced the reliability of the 37 so Reading Buses could be on to a winner.

 Here is sister vehicle 80539 (YX69NRO), former Nottingham 307 on town service 4. The 37 awaited from Windsor was running nearly an hour late!

 A couple of days later 80541 (YX69NRV), Nottingham 309, was seen in Slough on a service recently acquired from First Beeline.

 Back in Maidenhead was 80539 again, this time on town service 9.

 In addition to the Glasgow buses acquired for the former Arriva services several buses were transferred from other Oxford group fleets, including Thames Travel Enviro200MMC buses in the special livery for the Harwell Connector. By May 2025 80452 (YX69NVJ) had been repainted in Carousel Country colours. It is seen on the London Road returning to High Wycombe.

 Later in August, 80538 again, this time in Frascati Way, Maidenhead, the nearest thing the town has to a Bus Station. Behind is a Thames Valley Enviro200.

 This short Enviro200MMC, 80513 (YX69NVG) was transferred from Thames Travel then painted in Carousel Country colours. It is seen in Reading in July 2025 on the new 127 service to Maidenhead.
