 With Sydney having embraced the home built Bustech CDi, enthusiasm for the model waned, with the MAN deckers chosen for the BLine North Shores fleet and - as seen tucked in behind this Bustech - Volvo B8L deckers finding favour. The B8L has at least satisfied NSW regulations after the four B9TL buses built for Hillsbus in 2014 were rejected by the state authorities and subsequently dispersed. This is Bustech CDi 1614 (MO8508) arriving at Liverpool in January 2023.
