 Transit switched from BYD to locally Sydney built Custom Denning Element electrics in 2024. Several were awaiting entry into service in May 2024 at Leichhardt depot pending charging infrastructure installation. This is a later Element 2, 8793 (MO8793), with revised front end styling and improved performance. To the right is 8693 (MO8693) and down the back, 8779, an earlier model.
