Transit Systems was an enthusiastic proponent of electric buses, building an early fleet of Gemilang bodied BYD K9RA buses. The bodywork mirrored that purchased on their Scania and Mercedes diesels. Seen at Sydney Central in December 2019 is 8105 (MO8105), new ealier in the year. The bus is on Metrobus route M10, which has since been renumbered along with all other M-prefixed routes, though red Metrobus buses will doubtless live a meaningless existence for several years.
